Rankexy is a trade name of Marginline LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Marginline LLC is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at vincent@rankexy.com.
What the audit form collects
When you request a free listing audit we ask for your first name, company name, email address, the marketplace you sell on, your number of active SKUs, and optionally your product category and a free-text message. If you send us marketplace links or grant read access to seller account reporting, we also process the listing and performance data you share with us.
Why we use it
We use this information for one purpose: to prepare and send you the audit you asked for, and to follow up about it. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to. The legal basis is your consent and, where a working relationship follows, the performance of our agreement with you.
How it is stored
Audit requests arrive as email and are stored in our business email account and, where relevant, in the working documents we use to prepare your audit. Access is limited to the people at Marginline LLC working on your audit. Our email and document providers act as processors on our behalf and may store data on servers in the EU and the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Data relating to a paid engagement is kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights and how to request deletion
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email vincent@rankexy.com with the email address you used to contact us. We confirm deletion in writing within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
