Who you are contracting with
Rankexy is a trade name of Marginline LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms apply to the services we provide to you, unless we sign a separate written agreement that says otherwise.
Services
We provide marketplace listing optimisation (images, copy and A+ content) and Sponsored Products advertising management for Amazon and Bol.com, on either a monthly plan or a one-off project basis. The scope of each engagement is what we confirm to you in writing before work starts.
The free audit
The free listing audit is provided as-is and carries no obligation on either side. It is our professional assessment based on the data available to us at the time.
Your responsibilities
To do our work we need access to your seller account data and timely approval of new content. You confirm that any product images, text and trademarks you supply are yours to use, and that the claims you ask us to make about your products are accurate.
Guarantee
We guarantee a measurable increase in click-through rate or conversion on the listings we optimise, within 30 days of going live. If we don't deliver it, you don't pay for that month. All we need from you is access to your seller account data and approval of the new content within five working days.
Payment and term
Monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance and run month to month — you can cancel at any time before the next billing date. One-off projects are invoiced on agreement and delivered against the scope confirmed in writing. Advertising spend on the marketplaces is billed to you directly by the marketplace and is not included in our fees.
Ownership
On full payment, the images, copy and other deliverables we create for you are yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Limits
Marketplace platforms control ranking, indexing and advertising placement. We cannot guarantee any specific ranking position, sales figure or platform decision. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
